Rich Cimini @richcimini 1m1 minute ago Mo Wilkerson's x-rays were negative. Just sore ribs, from what I understand. He'll be fine for Sunday vs. Washington. #nyj

Connor Hughes @connor_J_Hughes 32s32 seconds ago Muhammad Wilkerson will get X-rays on his injured ribs. Todd Bowles didn’t know about Mo’s injury until today. #jets You know, when I hear things like this it makes me crazy. Didn't know until today? Really? Evidently, in reading further down the thread it's not serious, but Mo is a key man on defense. I know things happen, but things like this need to be communicated immediately, and actions/evaluations need to happen. On another note, I'm looking forward to seeing Mo, Sheldon and Leo along with Snacks creating havoc.

Connor Hughes @connor_J_Hughes 32s32 seconds ago Muhammad Wilkerson will get X-rays on his injured ribs. Todd Bowles didn’t know about Mo’s injury until today. #jets FLORHAM PARK, New Jersey — New York Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson will have precautionary X-rays on his sore ribs that limited him at practice in the team's return from its bye-week break. Coach Todd Bowles says Wilkerson, who leads the team with 3 1/2 sacks, only made the team aware of the injury Monday. The injury isn't believed to be serious or potentially keep him out Sunday against Washington. Rookie defensive end Leonard Williams says he is fully healed from a minor ankle sprain suffered against Miami in London. He fully participated in practice, as did safety Calvin Pryor, who bruised a knee against the Dolphins. Among those who didn't practice: linebacker David Harris (quadriceps), guard Willie Colon (knee) and running back Bilal Powell (quad). Cornerback Marcus Williams tweaked a hamstring during practice.

COMMON guys. This screeeeaaaams contract.
Mo has a rib injury that only appeared today, isn't serious, doesn't show up on X-rays, and kinda makes him take it easy at practice. This is a savvy veteran taking his foot off the accelerator to continue being a squeaky wheel about his contract IMO.
He'll be 100% on Sunday.

It's like 2/3 of our D-line is dead set on not being full strength.

I honestly think there's a chance we'll see a lot of 3 and even 2 LBs o the field. Maybe 4 linemen and 5 DBs. Three of our top defenders are Mo, Sheldon and Leo. Including Snacks to put 4 up front is almost unfair.

I'm sick of everyone giving them a free pass. They are a fake fuckin team. And with what youre saying, I wanna see them all on the field in the same games. Enough of this pussy footing around. You will never win that way. Time to beat them all "unfairly" into submission. No mercy. Make them cry tears of blood.

Darryl Slater @darrylslater 10m10 minutes ago Dee Milliner heads to the rehab area after stretching. Bilal Powell is there as well. Buster Skrine is heading inside.

On a defense with big names like Revis, Mo, and Richardson....Skrine is really kinda the glue that holds Bowles' DB heavy scheme in place.
Would you think McDougle starts to get his game snaps as the third CB?
