Haha...now they're saying the Saints are interested in Lynch.
I don't buy it at all. They're paying Brees out the ass and they drafted Grayson in Round 2 last year. Sure, Brees doesn't have many years left, but that's all the more reason to draft something other then a developmental guy in the top 15.
The fact that Brees may only have a few good years left makes it even more essential that they try to win now, rather then a QB for 4 years from now.

That new "day in the life" of Lynch on bleacher was kinda cool. First time really seeing the guy outside of football games. Seems like a genuine goofball but in a good way if that makes sense.
Pulling up a Cam'ron song also gained him brownie points with me. Lol

Mo and 20 to Baltimore for 6, Get'r done, Macc. I have my doubts on the guy, and I can't say why exactly. But if Mac and Co are that sold on him, I'm all for it. Even if it requires a move up. Mac has earned my trust.

Mo and 20 to Baltimore for 6, Get'r done, Macc. This guy have any legitimacy? Doubt that he has any real sources or inside information. Looks like he's just a glorified blogger and huge Pats fan who happens to write articles for various second hand websites. In other words, he's not that much different than any of us....with two exceptions. 1) He roots for a bunch of cheaters and criminals; and 2) we prefer to post ass pictures here, rather than take the effort to write out our thoughts on fantasy football. page2sports.com/author/douglas-moore

If given a choice of trading away multiple 1sts to move up for Lynch, or staying put and drafting Connor Cook at 20, I'd do the latter. I know it's not a popular opinion, but I like him alot. I would have a hard time choosing between the two if they were both sitting there at 20 for us. It's not a knock on Lynch... I just like Cook that much. I bet that there are some GMs that would agree. It seems Peter King agrees with you. "20. New York Jets: Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State. Versatile player (tackle/guard) who would fit at four of the five line positions. NFL teams love his personality, after he walked on at Michigan State and worked his way up to a top-three ranking among 47 offensive linemen in terms of athleticism at the combine. I toyed with putting Connor Cook here, but I think the Jets still think Ryan Fitzpatrick’s their quarterback for at least one more year, and they have bigger needs to fill, including the void left by the retirement of D’Brickashaw Ferguson."I thought this was interesting because at this point in his mock Lynch is still on the board but he doesn't consider him for the Jets but Cook. I personally have no idea who these people are I only read about them draft time since we don't really get NCAA coverage in Turkey, so sorry Paradis but this is as my own opinion as its going to get, but I still thought it was interesting that he mentioned lynch to be in consideration for the browns at 13 but not for us at 20. King is an idiot, but maybe he's heard something. It's all about what the Jets are looking for. If Big Mac has his sights set on a QB, the next step is for him to rank them, and I think Cook has taken a beating ever since the captaincy thing. I really like him, but I'm not Big Mac.

I'm with you, Cook is a gamer, he might be a dick but so are Brady, Rivers and Cutler etc. this whole Lynch link could be a smokescreen so teams fill their QB needs and Cook falls straight into our laps.

King's a good writer/journalist - but he doesn't necessarily know shit. He did have a hand-job relationship with Favre and generally gets invited to the butt-parties in NE - so he gets enough "Scoops" to keep himself at the top of the oatmeal... But with that said, I don't think ANYONE knows what the jets are doing. They keep that shit on lock down... I mean, we know who they're probably thinking about - but Macc has final say AND he was a talent evaluator. I honestly don't think Macc's told anyone, including his wife - who he wants #1

I feel like if this trade were to happen, it would entice the Browns to take Lynch even more.
