That's an awful trade in my opinion. They're talking about how Philly would have to give up a 1st, 2nd in 2015, 1st, 2nd in 2016 and a 1st in 2017 plus Foles to move up to 6. Fuck no would I would not move down for just 1st, 3rd, 2016 pick and Foles. I want Chip's soul if he wants to trade up for Mariota. 1st, 2nd in 2015, 1st, 2nd in 2016, 1st in 2017 and maybe/maybe not Foles would suffice..... Agreed, you need to ass rape Kelly to move down that far and trade away a potential franchise QB.

Can we still take a WR round 1? I'm greedy. But seriously though, Marshall is gonna be 31 this year. Still need a young buck at WR. Yes we can! And in fact, we definitely should if Fowler, Winston, and Mariotta are gone. Both White and Cooper are worth Top 6 picks IMO. Agreed, Cooper is still a very good fit with this current group, you can line him up in the slot and create some really good mismatches.

Marshall caught 4 passes that went 20+ yards in the air last season. Decker caught 3. Marshall used to be able to make plays down the field with his size. But that still requires a degree of pace which he no longer possesses, and he's only going to get slower. Decker could get behind a defense that was preoccupied with shutting down other receiving options. If he's the primary deep threat, he's not going to get the job done. If we got Marshall for a 5th, I'm happy with that, provided we acquire some speed at receiver at some point in the offseason (plenty of time left to do so). There are some good speed options in this draft that won't cost a first or second round pick.

If we do cut Harvin, that would make me feel better. Marshall, Decker, and Kerley as the receivers means we're playing offense in a 15 yard box. Decker is more of an outside/deep guy than Harvin. Harvin's game is short passes and screens. Decker feeds on number 2 outside cbs on deep outs and posts. Decker is a very underrated deep threat. Tracks and catches the deep, ball as well as anyone. You don't have to run 4.30 to be considered a deep threat.

Between Decker, Marshall and Amaro -- those are some really nice big targets for our QB (whoever that might be -- probably Geno). Agreed, the redzone offense could finally be effective now. Settled for WAY too many FGs last year.

Gotta go pass rush at 6 now (unless QB is available). If they cut Harvin, get Phillip Dorsett in the 3rd.

awesome. why not keep Harvin? Decker/Marshall/Harvin, no more excuses! got to say a WR group of Decker, Marshall, Harvin, Kerley is pretty nice.

I love this move. Harvin gone now likely and that saves is another 2.5 million Agreed. Exactly what this team needed, a big body big catch radius guy to play opposite Decker.
