I'm pretty sure civilized people as a whole has tossed the "I was only following orders" defense out the window, back about 1946 in a little town called Nuremberg. well I'm pretty sure that only works for serious shit like...oh i don't know... G.ENOCIDE. (just noticed you can't spell G.enocide without G.ENO. Definitely not a coincidence... ) I'll bet for the dead dude, it was pretty serious.
