LOL, that was great. Thanks for sharing. What Devils board do you read? I browse the Devils forum of HF Boards semi-frequently. That's the one I read, but I don't post. It's definitely the best Devils board by far. I keep check it non stop hoping to see a Confirmed Link about a trade. |

Another win tonight, make that 4 in a row. It's really puzzling how once again they get significantly outshot, but still win.

Another win tonight, make that 4 in a row. It's really puzzling how once again they get significantly outshot, but still win. Cory has been amazing. He's the only thing keeping us from being a bottom 3 team. If we could score more goals he'd be in the Veinza race. His save percentage is now .926 which is 4th in the league. Also Larsson has been amazing since Pete left. His passing is great and he's add a little snarl to his game. He had a great open ice hit in the 3rd that lead to a score chance. |

Larsson has been a pleasure to watch. He better stay on the top pairing and continue getting those big minutes, even when Severson returns. Also, it's pretty crazy that Camalleri has 22 goals in this anemic offense. He's got a real shot at getting 30. Even more impressive is that he has the 2nd highest scoring % in the league. He's scoring on roughly 21% of his shots right now. |

It's nice to see them play hard and win, but we need to be sellers at the deadline. Hopefully we can move Jagr and Zids. I have a bad feeling Zids won't waive his NTC tho. He loves it here in NJ. |

Love it, great trade. Brutal loss last night though. Yeah that was terrible last night. Right after the game ended I knew that was Jagr's last game as a Devil. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise, maybe they don't trade Jagr if they win that last night. Trying to find a silver lining, lol. That really is 2 gut wrenching losses against the Flames now. Those 2 goals wrapped right around the 2nd intermission and then the ensuing face-off loss after taking the 6 on 4 advantage and the length of the ice empty netter was a real kick in the balls. At least Philly and Florida both lost in regulation tonight. Absolute must win in regulation against Boston tomorrow and then probably much of the same on Saturday at Columbus. I'll be there on Tuesday against Nashville, hopefully it's a meaningful game. |

Last night should essentially be the final nail in the coffin, not surprisingly. I would expect a loss tonight in Columbus on very short rest, as well. Oh well, here's to hoping Zids gets moved in the coming days.

Sounds like Lou's hands were tied since Zids had a no trade clause. We should have been able to get more than that after seeing what other shittier defensemen brought back. At least we got something tho. |

Oh well, it's better than nothing. The million is prorated so it's really on 250k which isn't a big deal since he's an expiring. We also get a 2015 5th if they make it to the ECF. So let's go Wings and hope for a Panthers collapse. Crossing my fingers that there is a Ryder/Havlet deal that hasn't been announced yet, but I doubt it. Oh well. |
