300 million guns out there, you would think there would be more issues not that we haven't had more than enough. There were something like 23 people shot in Chicago last week. I imagine NONE were shot by legal gun owners like me who took the training class and have a legal conceal carry permit. How bout we castrate some of the pieces of shit not raising their 8 kids properly.

No worries, with open carry. no license, we will all be legal!!!======================================================= Actually not everyone is legally allowed to posses a gun. But in most places in the US if you are legally allowed to posses a gun you can open carry the gun with out a license. 9 states allow conceal carry with out a license. And all of this carrying goes on with out blood running through the streets, virtually no problems in these areas and they are also safer.

Best way to keep track is to outlaw them. It's not 1776, and they're not in a Militia. Time for sensible gun laws, like Europe have. Just look how much lower their gun violence is than here per capita. But hey, why would want that, muh freedom!

How about that baby shooting her Mom at Walmart huh? Is that what you're looking for? ============================================== That was just heart braking on all levels, my heart goes out to that family. So no. WTF? You've seen me post before, I like to post in a reasonable fashion and discuss reasonably what ever the topic may be if I have any knowledge of the topic at hand. If I don't know what I am talking about I try to remain a lurker. Often I will stick my foot in my mouth, and I don't like that but I try to be a man an admit when I am wrong. As I have said in the past, I became (in my eyes) to old to continue falling off my motorcycle in the woods and decided to sell the bikes and gear and roll the proceeds of the sales into hand guns which I have always been fascinated with, a new hobby. As I began searching and deciding on firearms to purchase I also began to study the laws in regards to firearms, and thus I acquired a new found passion for the 2nd amendment and just guns in general. Most on this forum could care less about a S&W 686 or my newest, a Ruger Security Six 357 magnum low back. So I take most every opportunity I get to defend and promote the 2nd amendment first at JI and now here. God help me, but I like the political mix and the posters here. So here is a subjectI believe in constitutional carry and feel there should be no need for the Govt. to decide whether I can or can not carry a gun any where at any time, except on private propertywhere the owners of the private property say I can't. What say you? pretty much for it. the vast majority of people are not the gun happy twits we see on the cops shows or the psychopaths like the guy in colorado or wilton (those guys would've found other means). and the gang bangers in the libtard cities like chicago? they'd find other means too or create their own means. the stupid libtards need to take a look at the movie public enemy with johnny depp playing dillinger. in it you see ordinary citizens (and gun toting) protecting their town's bank from attack by the dillinger gang. i'd hazard that those towns people didn't go around blasting each other to steal their bling either. the point is when the rubber does actually meet the road, we the people are the ones responsible for our own safety and can not always rely upon the effectiveness of the police. instead the libtards have actually created a situation where the crazies have more rights than the ordinary citizen and aren't put away. some people just can't be saved you know, regardless of the amount of tea and sympathy.

Relevance? I respect the douche that was organizing protests for at least being willing to see it from the other side. I also like that the same douche that was organizing protests and calling for the cops badge shot the guy when he just entered his space. Didn't have to deal with a thug wrestling for his gun in a real life situation. He shot when he knew he was safe just because the guy was in his space. Just an example of people who with no training and/or understanding of what may happen if you possess a gun and take action with it. Completely different than shooting at a piece stationary paper. you know, people are not very well trained in operating a motor vehicle yet they are allowed on the roads and do not lose their licenses until the cops finally pull them over or they are involved in an accident. now what does anyone think can cause more damage? a moving car or a gun? well let me tell you right now that a moving car has way more kinetic energy than a bullet so the answer is pretty straight forward. my point is this whole notion that people who want guns need to be trained in their use is a little overblown. i am in agreement only because it might catch some of the crazies who do want guns. but at the same time, remember that a private flight school trained those 9-11 guys. was there a responsibility of the fight school to deny those aholes their training? with regard to anything about life it all comes down to personal responsibility and respect for your fellow man.

Ummm....drivers receive training BEFORE being allowed to driver, take a test and are licensed.

Worst idiot drivers in the country. 3/4 of them should have their licenses permanently revoked.

Below you find my Brothers gun that he was given to him by his father in law. My SIL does not want guns in her house, so I am it's current caretaker. Came with a holster and a cleaning tool. Just thought I would share, neat gun although it got a man killed cause of its horrible accuracy, just a story about how guns can connect us to our past
