With training camp starting this week, I'm starting to think about how I'm going to watch the games this season. My wife and I recently moved into an apartment in the San Diego area and we can't a strong enough signal to get DIRECTV. So for the first time in my life, there's no clear plan for watching / recording the Jets games. What's the best plan if I want the following options: - Watch the games live from my apartment
- If on any given weekend I'm not able to watch a game live, I'd like the ability to watch it later, preferably the same day - either by recording it on my own or having it available for viewing via some service
- I'd like it to all be legal (and I'm willing to pay to make that happen)
Regarding #1, I know that DIRECTV offered a streaming version of Sunday Ticket last year for apartment dwellers. I don't think they've announced the packages yet (if any) that they're offering this year, but did anybody use it last year? If so, was it reliable? What device do you need for streaming to a TV (I have an Amazon Fire Stick, but not a ROKU or gaming system), and is there a way to record the feed for later viewing? Any help in addressing this vitally important situation would be greatly appreciated!

You could just come here and wait for Ragu to post links to illegal streams online and give your computer more viruses than a hooker during sailor week.

I streamed last year using my tablet and I didnt have any problems. I upped my internet speed just in case because we have a LOT of devices streaming at one time but I didnt have the buffering issues that you might expect. I didnt have direct tv but used my mothers address in brooklyn to get the online streaming service. worked like a charm...good luck

Thanks, Hashman. It sounds like what I need is the streaming Sunday Ticket to watch the games live and GamePass to watch the games later if I miss the live feed. Does anybody have any experience with GamePass? The Sunday games (other than the night game) are available after the 4:00 Sunday games all end, right? Is the service reliable? SaveSave

SaveSaveI have used Game Pass in the past. The service is pretty good, but they do not make the Sunday games available until after conclusion of the Sunday Night game, from what I recall. They do give you options to watch the full game broadcast, condensed game, eliminating down time between plays and the all 22. If you are new to SD, you might want to find the Jets bar in SD. I live in Chicago and watch the games on Sundays in the bar with 50+ transplanted NYers. Then I usually watch the game again on GamePass when I have time during the week.

I believe with the AT&T acquisition of DirectTV, that Sunday Ticket may be available via streaming (live broadcast) this year, even if you don't have a DirectTV dish.

SaveSaveFuck....that's just reminded me I need to renew my gampass subscription for this year. I think it's different for overseas fans, but I pay 170 bucks for a years pass and get every NFL game live in crystal clear HD. Package also includes NFL network, playoffs, draft etc.

You could just logon to the Hampur at the end of each game and we can tell you the score.
