More than regurgitating the latest Walter whatever, I think most of us are high on Cooper because we've gotten to see him play a bunch due to Alabama's ubiquitous media coverage. Cooper to me has terrific route running, great hands, comes up in big situations/games and at least in College/SEC looked fast enough. I also like how fluid he plays, he feels natural. Don't see a flaw in his game. Also heard Carter tout his work ethic and commitment to his craft on my drive in the other day. Having said that, the 2/3 games I watched Parker play this year, I was very impressed by HOW he catches the ball - the technique on every catch was so smooth. With his height and build, I love his potential - if he runs well at combine/pro day - I could see him overtaking Cooper, but both seem like terrific prospects to me. Never seen DGB playing game in real time, so no idea on him - what did folks see there at Mizzou? That said, I don't claim to be a draft expert or film guy. Just opinion. yeah seriously....the only knock on him is that he is not a freak athlete... He's as bout as polished as you can be as a WR going into the draft. There may be guys with higher ceilings at WR but he for sure has the highest floor.... I've seen a lot of Cooper over the last 2 seasons because of Bama's national coverage

Anyone have some faulty info about Winston they could leak to Tennessee? Not that we're lacking in the red flag dept already with Winston.... With Tennessee, I really think it comes down to what they think they have with Mettenberger -- if they believe in him as their QB of the future, then they likely go out and get a vet, draft OL help and leave the QB to someone else.

Today's SportsNation poll. The entire country, including Florida, thinks he'll most likely be a bust.... based off of what? Stealing crab legs? Half of those voting trolls probably watched Winston for the first time against Oregon. Before that he was known as "that kid who might have raped that girl" to these trolls who vote on ESPN's website.....

There just seems to be a general consensus that this guy is not a future NFL starter.

Seems like they're voting if his personality, not his football skills, will make it.

Today's SportsNation poll. The entire country, including Florida, thinks he'll most likely be a bust.... Have you seen these people who vote for this shit and comment on ESPN and NFL.com articles? The word "casual" doesn't even do these mooks justice. It's like the majority of them just repeat the shit that they hear on Sportscenter.

They rival Facebook trolls, and there's a special place in Hell for those assholes!

Jameis is our ticket to the Super Bowl. We must try to draft this quarterback. We have a real shot at this, one way or another, holding on to pick #6. Nothing against you the poster, but this statement is just mindboggling to see on the board.
How the heck is this player the ticket to the SB? How does anybody know this as of yet?
He's a prospect who has a lot of promise, but will still need to develop at the NFL level. He will have his ups and downs just like any first year QB.
I just have to laugh, because the same people throwing Geno to the garbage are making Winston the savior, it's just wrong.
Ray, I see a college quarterback that has star quality written all over him. Saw it in him when he was a freshman. Has an air of confidence and personality you must have to be a winning quarterback in the NFL or in any sport. You don't see it very often. All the great ones have it. (Ali, Deon Sanders, Sugar Ray Lenord) Winston also has the ability to raise the level of play in his teammates. Namath had that. Pressure, the big stage, bring it on! It don't matter. It's his MIND that will put him over the top in the NFL. I've supported Geno from day 1. I have now watched him play for 2 years. I still support him. If Jameis Winston can be drafted by the New York Jets, we do it. Quarterbacks are winning Super bowls in there 2nd year. Recievers are gaining 1,000 yards as rookies. We all know he will need time to develop, and the Jets need to build a winning team. I was not suggesting this (SB) was going to happen this coming season. It's a shame what the media and social media today can have on human beings. If anybody can handle New York it would be Winston. The guy was under more pressure as a kid than any sports figure in recent memory. He in a Man among boy's.
