Since Darnold or Rosen won't be there (you never know just saying) I think the only way they land either is by trading with the Giants and the Giants will no doubt look for a kings ransom. Is it worth it? I don't think so. They need to go all out on Cousins period, they have more than enough money to do so. If that falls apart I would trade down with say Cincy, who are desperately looking for an OL and I would draft either Jackson or Allen and grab McCown for another year. I don’t think the Giants will ever trade with us. _ Why is that? It is not like they are in our division.

Yeah that would be a blessing in disguise. Bowles needs all the help he can get.

I think you guys are being a little harsh on Mac. It's nice to see Bowles has the team playing hard for the most part but he just isn't a very good coach. Completely agree here. I think Mac has done more good than bad. We have good future safeties in Adams and Mayes, Jordan Jenkins is rock solid, Leonard Williams is a cornerstone on that DL, Robbie Anderson was UDFA gem, Brandon Shell was a nice find in the 5th round. I think a lot of his free agent spending in the beginning was a concern but I would like to see what he does here in 2018. Unfortunately I do not feel the same about Bowles. He is a good motivator of men (similar to Herm), but he is not a good game time coach. He is also horrible at managing the clock as we have seen multiple times this year in his 3rd year as a head coach. But the major problem is Woody and his structure. The GM should be in charge of making personnel decisions not both parties reporting to the owner.

After watching some more tape of this guy I don't understand the pick in round three. He's basically a mini Enunwa coming out of college that is thirty pounds lighter and three inches shorter. He blocks well and plays hard but his hands are suspect at best. He is not a natural receiver at all. I don't see the elusiveness that he should possess with his combine numbers in the three games I watched.....he only thrived when nobody touched him. That concussion in the Ole Miss game was barely contact and he's on the shelf. I don't see his game transitioning to the next level unless you're looking for a few quick hitters. Any thoughts? Chad Hansen is up next. I also thought there were better receivers on the board at that time. Only time will tell I guess but like you I am less than optimistic.

4-12...defense will be the reason we win 4 games allowing the bafoon bowles to keep his job. Hate to say this but he is actually more clueless about offense than Rex Ryan....holy shit can't believe I said that!

Dear Mr. Macc,
Please sign Jon Williams RB. He would be an excellent compliment to Powell and Eli. Don't be an idiot. Thanks!
Love Joe 😀😀👍

What are you talking about? We clear up $8 million by trading Richardson. And in all likelihood, we won't get a comp pick for him if we keep him then he walks. The Jets are most likely going to be spending a shitload of money next offseason. We may get jack for him. The guy is a dumbass. He's one failed piss test away from a 10 game suspension and being in Josh Gordon territory. You can't expect much more than a 3rd/4th rounder, regardless of the talent. This is spot on. Gotta love those delusional Jets fans mantra "why trade him, just let him walk as a FA and we'll get a 3rd round pick"? If he leaves as a FA, the Jets will get absolutely nothing for him. Trade him for a 4th or 5th, unload his bloated salary, and move on. So much for that huh?

I wouldn't mind Matt Barkley but that's not happening but we def need OL reinforcements. These guys suck.

I'm happy with that haul. Also, I'd be floored if Kearse made the second year of that deal. Weren't they looking to trade him for a second round last year. So this doesn't look too bad. Only problem is the Jets are horrible with second round picks ... Hackenberg is the latest, and he's proceeded by a history of terrible second rounders. And Macc is starting to remind me of the Idzick. No Marcus Maye was last year. He has shown pretty good so far.

They swapped 7th rounders too but yeah it is a good deal. Just concerned if Mo will ever get back to his old ways.
