Alec was probably fucking around with the gun, pointed and squeezed the trigger at both of them in quick succession. It didn't accidentally go off twice while accidentally pointed at two people. Good luck trying to insure a movie set with that asshole in the cast. Couldn't have happened to a nicer douche cunt.

Negligent homicide? You know any regular person would be in jail for a long time if this was their excuse. I wonder if they got it on film.

Why would this be on him (let's forget you guys hate this guy)? He's in a movie with a prop gun someone else prepared that's supposed to be full of blanks. If anyone is charged with negligeance it's the dude in charge of props. Do we know if he was acting like a doosh shooting at people or if he was actually shooting a scene?

Because they have safety standards on movie sets for prop guns. There is definitely some form of negligence here. Im sure there will be tons of film that will show what happened. theconversation.com/explainer-the-rules-for-shooting-on-film-sets-71797

Could be on him for acting like a douche (gun safety: always act like a gun is loaded, etc) and the prop guy who loaded the blanks.

This is a terrible tragedy. It sounds like the bullet went through the lady and hit the director. My question. When you're shooting a western, or any movie involving guns, how does a live round get anywhere on the set let alone in one of the guns? It seems there would be rules where people check, double check, sign papers, put tamper proof tape, etc, etc. This isn't the first time something like this has happened.
