Bill Musgrave is my first choice the Raiders are nuts. Versus Denver with Matt McGloin at QB and the #2 seed in the AFC on the line the Raiders laid an egg. Yes, I understand they didn't have Derek Carr......but if you have a subpar QB then tell me why Latavius Murray only had 5 carries that game? Why did Oakland only rush 16 times? I'm not sure Musgrave is the answer for the Jets. Musgrave had a lot to do with Carr's development. Mcgloin is the most overrated QB in the NFL he is not a NFL QB. I think Musgrave was playing safe didn't want to wear down his RBS for the playoffs knowing they were screwed at QB.

Matt McGloin in 2017. That's not what I want. Just what I expect to end up with. Actually that's what will happen. The Jets have a thing for Penn State QBS and offensive players in general.

The terrible situation the Jets are in I would take him in a heartbeat. The Jets have no solution at QB Petty looked horrible HackenBerg not starting the final game says one thing the Jets have no immediate solution. This year's crop of QBs in the draft are terrible. Trubisky who isn't a top 10 QB but probably the best prospect in this class won't get past San Francisco. The Jets only other option is Jay Cutler or resign Fitzpatrick or Geno.

This just doesn't seem like a year to draft a QB. I like the plan of pursuing a veteran in a trade or FA, and using our draft picks to build the OLine, running game, and a couple of select spots on Defense (CB, OLB). Given that it seems to be a never-ending pursuit for a true franchise QB the Jets should build their longterm identity on offense around running the football. It should be who they are, it should be perennial, it should be an organizational commitment to always have more than 1 stud RB and maintain an above average Offensive Line. Like paying your electric bill each month, the Jets should ensure every offseason that they shape the offensive roster with enough talent that the Jets are a Top 10 rushing team. Meh. I'd rather do that with young QBs. Theres no veteran worth trading for. Romo could be worth it but he's turning 37 and made of glass. So you'd be potentially throwing picks away for nothing in return. And again failing to build through the draft. Just stay young, even at qb. At least it'll keep us drafting high incase there is a legit qb coming out. I think you keep drafting QBS I like Kaaya in the 3rd round and grab Jay Cutler in FA once the Bears dump him you go with the 4 QB strategy again sign Cutler to a short term deal and keep drafting QBS hopefully somthing pans out. Romo will not come to the Jets Jerry Jones has a lot of respect for Romo and will not dump him in a loosing situation if anything Romo will be a Bronco next year

Watching the Russell Athletic Bowl this Brad Kaaya looks good he is playing good against a #16 WVU Jet could get him in the third in next year's draft take a OL in the first round. Can't force the OL pick needs to be addressed in FA Well then take Dalvin Cook in the first round the point of this post that Kaaya will be available in the mid rounds. He looks like a player that would be worth taking.

I hope but it won't happen this team take Allen, peppers or Wilson. The last thing this team needs is another defensive player. The defense is the least of this teams problems. The reason the defense collapsed was because the offense suck so bad the defense couldn't get off the field. I'm with you we need a weapon a game changer than we need a OT in the second round maybe grab A QB like Brad Kaaya or grab another OL. The defense will improve once the offense can actually sustain a drive.

This guy is a game changer. There are only handful of player like Cook unfortunately the front office doesn't have knowledge or the courage to take this guy.

Jets should take this guy they will be close enough to get him he is tearing it up in the orange bowl. Jets would finally have a real weapon this offense has been missing for years. Go out sign and draft a few OLS this guy would help solve a lot of this offense problems at QB.

Won't happen because if he looks horrible the backlash would be the final straw,in Woody having to consider cleaning house. Should HackenBerg Start? Yes he should if he is so bad he isn't ready to play then the Jets made a huge error. The guy should get some reps and some experience if he can't handle being sacked and could hurt his development then he doesn't belong in the NFL. This is plain stupidity the Jets drafted this guy in the second round and after q5 games he can't even be active right now I would be ecstatic if they cleaned house and bought an experienced football guy in.

No more half measures GM and coach need to go. GM needs to pick a coach, not the opposite way. +1 I was for giving them another year after this they both have to go this team has regressed the young players drafted are busts. HackenBerg not ready start you don't draft a player in the wind round that is that big of a project This team is a mess with no turn around in sight. Not to mention they are in cap hell next year. At least idzik had this team under the cap. I'm still saying it go get Cowher make him president of football operations steal half of Pittsburghs front office and let him decide the fate of Bowles.

The guy was never fit for the Jets defensive scheme never liked the pick. He is a box safety the Jets defense is more man coverage than zone. Pryor is a zone safety depends on making big hits than coverage skills with the right scheme he would be good but not with the Jets current scheme

I think Wilkinson misses him the most his production has dropped. The fact that Harrison deal is cheap (46 million)and could have been done if they didn't resign Fitzpatrick is reason enough to clean house. This team has actually regressed under Mac. NT like Harrison are hard to find.
