Stop with the Mo trade crap. We lost Kendrick Ellis, we gained Leonard Williams. Lol ELLis is 350 NT Williams is a 311 DE not the same thing unless the Jets are going 4-3 he is a DE for the 3-4

They will use Mo to trado back into the first round or move him for a future 1rst round pick. I kind have figured this would happen the Jets are giving Mo 16 million a year that's why they did it. People have to understand you cant pay 70 million to Revis 32 million to Cro and then dump another 13 to 16 million on MO the cap doesn't allow this. This was a great move it makes sense if the Jets move MO.

Why would we trade Mo just to draft Leonard Williams? Unless we somehow traded for a Riversesque QB along with a top ten pick it just doesn't make sense. Maybe he wants JJ watts money in that case unload him. There is no way you can pay that kind of money and resign Sheldon Richardson.

Maybe I'm reading to much into this but did Rex pretty much verbally put a bounty on Amaro. Sean Payton got suspended an entire season for that.

Smith evaded a question about Marcus Mariota being that addition and added that he was looking to Fitzpatrick as a teacher thanks to Fitzpatrick’s “better understanding” of the offense That's it Geno, just keep pretending that you're the #1 QB and hope that Fitz and Marriota or Petty or Hundley or Glennon will be overlooked. Last chance this season, buddy. Put up or be shipped out. If you think anyone of the QB's you mentioned are better than him at this point you're lost. I could see Fitz maybe b/c he knows the offense and is really smart but he still turns the ball over a ton and is not nearly as physically gifted as Geno. Jets fans should be praying Geno works out this year or we're fucked. Mariota is not ready to take over an NFL offense and if the Jets draft him and he starts we win 6 games max this year. If Geno progresses, makes more plays and limits his mistakes I could see winning between 8-10 games. I m with you on this Geno is a better choice then Mariota. I hope the Jets don't take Mariota he has bust written all over him no QB coming this year is good enough to start week 1. Also Geno has 2 years Jets are giving him another year before they pull the plug. If Geno falters the Jets are screwed.

development time for a QB is 4- 5 years Geno is year 3. I kind have expected this. The Jets are not taking Mariotta might take a QB in rd 3-4 as a developmental QB and give Geno one more years with Fitz on stand by if Geno falters.

I think swapping out first round picks gets it done. Both these teams are trading up to #6 is equivalent to trading 2 first round picks plus a second.

Is John David Booty available? John Booth is an improvement on what the Jets have at QB. There's no Brees or cutler coming to save the jets. The draft for the next 2 years is empty of NFL caliber QBS The Jets will have to look under a rock to find a solution at QB. Barkley is worth a look

Howie Roseman drafted him not Kelly. Not a Chip Kelly QB. Kelly is in charge of personel he want his guys. I trust Roseman analyst over Kelly who is nuts. He traded for Bradford, resigned Sanchez and wants Tebow right their is evidence enough that Kelly doesn't have a clue and Jets should take a look at Barkley. Who cares who drafted him? Just because Barkley isn't an ideal fit in Kelly's offense doesn't mean that he's some diamond in the rough waiting to be uncovered. The kid is a physically limited QB and it's obvious. I never bought into the bullshit about him falling in the draft because he got hurt. Sam Bradford got hurt during his last year at Oklahoma and still went #1 overall. The fact is that teams around the league saw Barkley's limitations and he dropped to the 4th round because of said limitations. said the same thing about Tom Sparklepony and Joe Montana. Like I said it's worth a look considering the options the Jets have at QB now. Hardly call Fitzpatrick a upgrade at QB.

Guy was never given a chance would have been a top 10 player taken in the draft if he never got hurt. What will be funny if he turned out to be a big time QB if some QB needy team took him. I rather waste a 7th round pick on this guy then waste the #6 on Mariota who has bust all over him. Go look at some video on him this kid might be a possible solution at QB. Reason Chip is trading him he isnt Mariota type QB. What do you mean he was never given a chance? The kid is a limited QB. He is what he is. A 3rd stringer. I'd rather just keep Simms and the draft pick.
